• Overseeing the functional management of a customer service team;
• Conducting training sessions and coordinating feedback sessions with team members;
• Managing personnel scheduling, monitoring performance, and ensuring an efficient and adaptable organisational structure;
• Assessing the operational performance of the customer service department and proactively formulating improvement strategies;
• Ensuring the seamless operation of customer service processes, focusing on customer satisfaction and upholding the "Passion for Service" mission statement;
• Promoting cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations teams to enhance operational effectiveness;
• Serving as the primary point of contact for external customers, coordinating with other customer service units within the organisation, and managing internal interfaces;
• Overseeing and facilitating cost-efficiency measures at all levels.
