Production Employee Lily Nursery

Our Company is looking for a motivated and independent production worker to strengthen the team. As a production worker, you will be responsible for harvesting, planting, and bundling flowers and bulbs. You will work in a dynamic environment where variety is central.

Harvesting: In the greenhouse, you walk through the rows and pull the flowers out of the ground. Using a small knife, you cut off the root. Then you place the lily on a conveyor belt behind you, which transports the lily to the shed.

Planting: Using a planting machine, you plant the bulbs in the ground. You help ensure the smooth operation of the process and provide proper support to the machine.

Bundling: In the shed, you work at eye level. You check the quality of the flowers and make sure to group flowers of the correct length together. They are then placed on another conveyor belt where an elastic band is placed around them.

In addition to harvesting, planting, and bundling, your tasks may also include sorting lilies and packaging flowers. It is important that you pay attention to quality and can work well independently.

Box Employee for Decorative Greenery

40 hours a week

In the position of Box employee you can be deployed all-round in the logistics department. This means that you prepare the picking orders in such a way that the buyer receives the right products of the right quality and in the right quantity. It is important that you can work carefully. For this position we are looking for someone who is available from Monday to Friday.

8-16 hours a week

As a container unloader your day starts at 5 am. The containers with imported decorative greenery are transported by truck from the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp to Honselersdijk. Your task starts here. The containers are filled with cardboard boxes with decorative greenery. These are put on pallets in a team of 3 people. you and your team ensure that the container is unloaded as quickly as possible, so that the next truck can dock. In between it happens that you have to wait for the next truck and then you can relax and drink a cup of coffee.

20 hours a week
